1. User Agreement
Welcome to the CasherCard platform, website, and related applications. These Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy form a legally binding agreement between you and CasherCard governing access to our website and services.
By using CasherCard, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, or you are under 13, you must not use our services.
We may amend these Terms by publishing an updated version on the website or notifying you through an available contact method. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Availability and Pricing
CasherCard offers gift cards, gift codes, virtual cards, and related services subject to availability. We may limit, reject, postpone, or discontinue an order or product when necessary.
Prices and fees may change without prior notice. The price displayed when you submit an order will apply unless a clear pricing or processing error must be corrected.
3. Vendor Terms and Liability
Gift cards are issued and activated by participating third-party retailers and vendors. Each gift card may also be governed by the issuing vendor's own restrictions, expiration rules, and terms.
You are responsible for reviewing the vendor's terms before purchasing. Vendors are responsible for their gift-card programs, products, services, and fulfillment obligations.
CasherCard is not liable for a vendor's failure to honor a gift card or for loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized disclosure of a delivered gift card. Remedies relating to a vendor's products or services must generally be pursued with that vendor.
4. Payment Options
CasherCard may accept payment methods including supported electronic wallets, local payment methods, bank payments, cards, and cryptocurrencies. Available methods may vary over time and by location.
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize CasherCard or its payment processor to process and store payment-related information.
If a payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise unacceptable, we may suspend or cancel the order. You are responsible for resolving payment issues required to complete an order.
5. Taxes
Displayed prices may not include sales, value-added, use, or other taxes. A vendor or applicable authority may charge taxes separately when you purchase or redeem products and services.
6. Gift Card Activation
Some gift cards require activation according to the instructions supplied with the product. A gift card may not function until activation is complete.
Activated gift cards are generally delivered promptly. If a purchased card is not available or functioning within the stated delivery period, contact support@cashercard.com.
7. Cancellations and Returns
Purchases made through CasherCard are generally final. Delivered gift cards and codes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If a delivered gift card is defective, CasherCard may, at its discretion and after verification, replace it with an equivalent product or refund the applicable purchase amount.
8. Errors
We work to keep product descriptions, availability, vendor details, and pricing accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
If an error occurs in a listing, confirmation, price, or order, we may correct the error, revise the order with your agreement, or cancel the order and refund the applicable amount.
9. Fraud and Abuse
We may review, postpone, suspend, or cancel a transaction when fraud, unauthorized payment, abuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.
You authorize us to share relevant account and transaction information with payment processors, vendors, and law-enforcement authorities when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, recover costs, or comply with law.
10. Disclaimers and Acceptable Use
CasherCard is not responsible for damages or costs arising from lost or stolen gift cards or from a vendor's acts or omissions.
Gift cards may only be used for their intended marketplaces and purposes. They must not be used as tender for loans, mortgages, tax payments, prohibited goods, unlawful transactions, or any purpose inconsistent with vendor rules or applicable law.
